NOx-O2 Analyzer for Low-NOx CEMS and Process Control Continuous Measurement of NOx and O2 Concentrations
|
The Model 7705 NOx-O2 Analyzer is designed specifically for use in low-NOx CEMS and process control applications. Total NOx is measured using the chemiluminescence method and a high temperature NO2 converter. Oxygen concentration is measured using a high-performance linear-output zirconium oxide cell, making it an ideal replacement for paramagnetic oxygen analyzers. By combining the NOx and O2 measurements and utilizing an industrial interface designed for extractive CEMS systems, the Brand-Gaus Model 7705 features simpler operation, lower capital cost, lower maintenance, and higher reliability than conventional analyzers for emissions monitoring. The Model 7705 meets or exceeds 40CFR60 and 40CFR75 demands for relative accuracy, linearity, and calibration drift in low and ultra-low NOx combustion applications.
